What a great year it will be!

I am super excited about this year. I am ready to excel in every area of my life; from the ministries the Lord has given me stewardship over to my relationship with family and friends. It is going to be a great year and I am excited about it.

My wife and I are really focusing this year on bettering ourselves in every area in our lives. My goal in life is to be and EXAMPLE in every area of my life. I want to be someone that people can look up to; as a husband, a pastor, a friend, a man of God, a financial advisor, etc. etc. etc. I know I have a LONG LONG LONG way to go, but I will strive for it until the very end.

There will be great change this year in my life and I am excited about it. My family will be moving here in the next few months which will bring a whole new season with my family and my wife and I. We will be changing some things here at the church office so that we can continue to grow in the things God has for us. And we are changing habits and ways at home so that we can make sure to "value the things that add value back into our lives" (as PJ says).

I pray the same thing over your life. Don't be scared of change, but embrace it. God has some great things in store for us all. He wants to enlarge our boundaries, but we have to be willing to grow and develop in order to be able to handle those enlarged boundaries. The only way for that to happen is change. We can't expect something greater if we are just doing the same thing. Let's set our minds this year to be willing and obedient to all that God has for us in 2008. When we are, just watch the miracles God will do in our lives. BE EXCITED!!!
