Carhartt...

Well, Sunday ended up going real well. I was pretty nervous about it because I couldn't decide until the last minute about how I wanted to do it. The kids were awesome. It was a whole lot of fun. I really think the parents enjoyed seeing what was happening in the back every week. God is doing some great things here at Journey Church which includes JourneyKIDS.

This upcoming week is going to be awesome!! We will be starting our brand new series entitled "HEARTLAND". It is all about taking pride in where we live. Embracing our culture and realizing its significance. I'm really excited about it. I just bought me some real wrangler pants and a real wrangler pearl snap shirt. I also bought some cool workboots and my favorite thing I bought was my very own pair of Carhartt overalls!!! YEAY!! I've gone country! I love experiencing different cultures and consuming myself in them. I can be country to the country and city to the city. I love it. Make sure to come this week... it will not only be fun, but very inspiring. And who would want to miss seeing Pastor John dressed up country!!! Its going to be great!
